Terms of Service
These terms explain how online booking, estimates, arrival windows, access, and payment work while Stripe checkout remains disabled.
Estimates
Online prices are estimates based on the selected service, home size, add-ons, and recurrence. Final scope and price may be confirmed after the team sees the space.
Access
Customers are responsible for providing accurate address, entry, parking, pet, product preference, and building instructions before arrival.
Payment
Online card payment is not active yet. Payment is collected after service by a mutually agreed method such as Zelle, Venmo, cash, check, or invoice.
Safety and scope
The team may decline unsafe work, biohazards, pest infestations, exterior heights, mold remediation, or tasks outside normal cleaning scope.
Satisfaction
If something was missed, contact us promptly with details so we can review and arrange a reasonable fix.
