Cancellation Policy

Clear schedule rules protect customers and keep cleaning teams from losing reserved work time.

Free changes

You can request cancellation or rescheduling more than 24 hours before the appointment at no charge.

Inside 24 hours

Changes or cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the estimated service amount.

Same-day access issues

If the team cannot enter because of missing keys, door codes, building access, parking, or customer no-show, the visit may be treated as a same-day cancellation.

Weather and emergencies

Weather, building emergencies, illness, and safety events are handled case by case. We will try to reschedule first.
