Name, phone number, optional email, service address, access notes, selected service, appointment time, and messages you submit through booking or feedback forms.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm bookings, send service notices, prepare the cleaning team, respond to quote requests, and improve service quality.
Service providers
Cloudflare stores site and database infrastructure. Resend may send email when configured. Twilio may send SMS when configured. Stripe will be used only after online card payment is enabled.
Retention
Booking and feedback records are retained for operational history, dispute handling, service quality, and tax or accounting needs.
